Leave Paid Defaults Terminations

This window is used to allocate an Allow/Deduct Code or an Hours Type Code to Leave Classifications when used in the Termination Wizard.

Prerequisites  

• Allow/Deduct Codes or Hours Type Codes

Rules and Guidelines

• Either an Allowance/Deduction Code or an Hours Type code can be allocated to a Leave Classification.

Field Information

Description

This field displays the description of the Leave Classification.

Leave Classification

This field displays the classification associated with the Leave Classification.

Allow/Deduct Code

Select the Allowance/Deduction Code to be associated with the Leave Classification.

This is used for the payment of value.

Hours Type

Select the Hours Type Code to be associated with the Leave Classification.

This is used to reduce the hours value from Leave Entitlements.
